Using this awesome app I made a simple Chopin Biography about the life and accomplishments for the famous composer/performer. This specific project is a great idea and example for any music teacher wanting there students to get more in depth with certain composers, especially teachers with small Theory classes at their school. Making this simple slideshow with the Slate app really helped me learn a lot more about the composer than I had already knew which would have the same effect on your students, and the best part: I had a really fun time making it!

With this app you can make any kind of presentation you want with pictures you put on you iPad. My favorite part about the app is the wide selection of layouts you can have for you project’s look, along with different text styles for each layout, giving you a large supply of options for your look. Another great feature that I took advantage of was being able to insert specific links into you project along with a simple quote feature that I honestly found to be a really cool aspect of the app.

There is really nothing more I can say about this app except that any teacher out there should look at using this in thier class or at least getting their students to use in for a project, and I can guarantee you they will have fun using Adobe Slate.
